What does Coho Growth offer?
Coho Growth offers growth debt in two shapes: a fixed term loan, with interest only periods and long amortization available, and a line of credit. Loans run from $1 million to $10 million and are written against recurring software revenue rather than hard assets. The fund is backed by high net worth individuals and family offices, and its founders previously built TIMIA Capital. It publishes $225 million deployed across 91 companies, counting the founders' prior firm, as a company figure.
Who does Coho Growth fund, and who do they decline?
Coho funds B2B SaaS companies in the US and Canada, with a stated preference for vertical software that serves one industry deeply. Its published fit is $2 million to $20 million in annual revenue and a plan to grow toward an exit without diluting further.
It does not publish decline criteria. Everything below $2 million in revenue, pre revenue startups, consumer apps and non software businesses are outside the stated target. A smaller SaaS company should compare Lighter Capital, and a software company that needs equipment rather than cash should look at Camber Road.
What does it typically cost and how fast is it?
Coho does not publish rates, fees or timelines; terms are quoted per company. Growth debt is usually priced as an interest rate in the low to mid teens plus a closing fee, sometimes with warrants, and the term sheet will set covenants on revenue or cash. Our venture debt page gives the typical range and our term sheet guide explains covenants and warrants. Expect a process measured in weeks with diligence calls, not an instant decision.

How does Coho Growth compare with similar lenders?
Flow Capital is a public Toronto firm lending $2 million to $10 million or more of senior secured venture debt to tech companies above $3 million in revenue, with 1% to 3% warrant coverage and no personal guarantees. Lighter Capital funds smaller SaaS companies with revenue based financing up to $10 million, repaid as a share of monthly revenue to a 1.3x to 1.5x cap. Coho is the newest of the three and the only one that states a vertical SaaS preference.
