Step 1. Share your documents
Most lenders decide from the same few documents: three to six months of business bank statements, your last two years of business tax returns, and a year to date profit and loss. Upload them on the site, or hand them to your AI assistant if it is connected to our MCP server. The full list, including the extras for equipment, acquisitions and SBA loans, is in what you will need.
Step 2. The application fills itself
The application reads your documents and proposes answers: revenue, deposits, balances, existing debt payments, ownership. You review each one, fix anything that is off, and answer the few questions a document cannot. This is the part that used to take an afternoon per lender. Here it happens once.
Step 3. See what is missing before anyone else does
A readiness check tells you exactly which items are still needed and why, so you are not stuck in email back and forth with a lender over a missing month of statements. You can run matching while you find the last items.

Apply nowStep 4. Match against lenders in every category
Your file is checked against the criteria of lenders across SBA, term loans, lines of credit, equipment, invoice factoring, merchant cash advance, revenue based financing, commercial real estate and more. You see which lenders fit, the product, an indicative amount and typical cost, and why they matched. You also see what did not match and what would change that. Start with every loan type explained if you are not sure what you want.
Step 5. You choose where it goes
Nothing is sent without your approval. Pick two or three lenders, or more for an unusual file. Each selected lender sees the same complete application, which is why decisions come back faster than with piecemeal applications.
Step 6. Offers come back in one place
Lenders review, may ask a follow up question or two, and send terms. You compare them side by side: total cost of capital, payment and cadence, term, fees, prepayment terms and guarantees. Our term sheet guide explains each line. Timing depends on the product; see how long it takes.
Step 7. Sign and fund
You sign with the lender you choose and they fund your account. We are paid by the lender at that point, the same amount whichever lender you picked, so we have no reason to steer you. Read how we make money.
